Trade Shows
Not the best of ideas. The west coast must not matter to the board of directors. One show is a move in the right direction, but Chicago? Las Vegas has the most conventions of any city in the United States for a reason. See you in 2012.

Think Outside the Bottle
While the bottled water debate does revolve around an ideology (one devoted to protecting the earth and its valuable natural resources) it is also a debate that is centered on hard and sure facts. Here are some facts that may help:
*Up to 40% of bottled water comes from our tap water systems

*Gallon for gallon, bottled water costs more than gasoline

*Producing bottled for the U.S. bottled water market required the equivalent of 17 million barrels of oil last year and generated more than 2.5 million tons of carbon dioxide.

In closing, ponder this:
In the next 20 years, the World Health Organization estimates that two-thirds of the worlds population will lack access to enough, safe, drinking water. The bottled water debate is about protecting the environment and discouraging consumers from wasteful spending from buying something that flows freely from the tap- but more importantly it is challenging the corporate control of our water, and protecting future generations by insuring equal access to an resource essential for life

If you want to check these facts and brush up on the issue visit www.thinkoutsidethebottle.org

CORY COFFEE SERVICE
My condolances go out to the Sol shulman family. I do think you should get your facts right. When Hershy took over Cory and their other companies,J.B. Madson was made president. My memory has not allowed me to remember all presidents after but Sol was only president for a short period and was after a few others

Soy Crisps
Picked em up from a vending machine at work (bbq), took some home for my wife to try. We both love and want bigger bags of them!! I hit the vending machine every day @ work for these things, they are also great as a salad topper with light western salad dressing.

LED Lighting
WOW, this is great that Capital Vending has finaly caught up to what Seaga Manufacturing, Inc. presented at NAMA Spring 2007.

These have been standard on our Premium equipment since then. Why does everyone claim the fame when it was first deployed by Seaga!!!

I would like to see the response from this as the market seems to forget whom brought this to the market first!!!!

One Klondike ad that I saw for this was a "flasher." (by Klondike, not a contestant.) How sexist and disgusting! I will NEVER buy a Klondike bar after seeing that. Sexual kinks and ice cream?! No thanks!
